Access to the Alhambra for people using wheelchairs is via a different and more limited itinerary. The use of baby buggies is not permitted in visitable spaces such as the Palacios Nazaríes, Generalife, Alcazaba and Partal, although they may be used on the connecting routes between these areas.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES FOR THE ALHAMBRA VISIT WITH GRANADA CARD

This booking has special conditions because it includes nominative tickets for the Alhambra. The guided visit to the monument is non-refundable, as the tickets are linked to the personal details of each participant according to the policy applied by the Board of Trustees.

The Granada Card can be cancelled up to 24 hours before activation without penalty. After that period, it does not allow refunds.

If you do not attend the guided visit to the Alhambra, the card is not activated either and no refund is made. That's why it's important to carefully check the date, time and details of all participants before confirming the purchase.

As these are nominative tickets, it is also compulsory to bring your physical ID card or passport on the day of the visit. Without this documentation, access may be denied.
