On this free tour you don't pay in advance, so there's no refund to process. If you find you cannot attend, you can cancel your booking without penalty and choose another available date.

The tour departs at 18:00 in winter and 21:00 in summer. If you need to change the day, simply select another available departure.

The visit runs as normal even in rain. You will only be notified in advance if there is a storm or weather conditions that would prevent the route being completed safely.

The order of the route may be adjusted if there are events in the centre, but the main points of the tour are maintained.
