Accesibilidad
The tour is accessible in approximately 85% of the areas. The Giralda is ascended via ramps, but at the end there are 17 steps, so it is not accessible for wheelchairs. In the Patio de los Naranjos there are cobbled and uneven surfaces. If you're coming with a wheelchair, it's advisable to indicate this when booking so the route can be adapted as far as possible.
Familias y mascotas
This is a family-friendly visit. Pets are not allowed inside the monument.
Grupos grandes
If there are more than 8 people in your party, it's advisable to book a private tour. This way the pace is better adapted to the group and avoids an overly rigid visit within a monument with controlled access.
CATHEDRAL AND GIRALDA TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the visit. For this tour, as it includes tickets to Seville Cathedral, cancellation is not 100% refundable due to the policy associated with the monument's tickets.
To avoid problems, check the date, time and personal details carefully before confirming your booking. The Cathedral Chapter requires a nominative list and original documentation for access, so any error in the data may affect access on the day of the visit.
Date changes are subject to [NEEDS VALIDATION].
