You can cancel the private tour of Seville free of charge up to 72 hours before the booked time.
If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before, 50% of the amount is refunded. With less than 24 hours or in case of no-show, no refund is made.
If you need to change the date or time, the modification will depend on the availability of the new slot chosen. It's advisable to notify as soon as possible to be able to reorganise the visit with the official guide and maintain the planned route for your group.
